Privacy Policy

KarmaFlow is a Chrome extension that helps you write genuinely helpful replies on Reddit and other communities. This policy explains what it does and does not do with your data. The short version: KarmaFlow runs entirely in your browser, and we never receive your data.

What KarmaFlow stores (locally, on your device)

The following are saved only in your browser's local extension storage and never leave your device except as described under "AI drafting" below:

• Your settings and engagement mode.
• Your profiles (the voice, products, keywords, and Reddit account standing you enter).
• Your draft queue (posts you captured and the replies KarmaFlow drafted).
• Your Anthropic API key, which you provide. It is stored locally and used only to make draft requests to Anthropic on your behalf.

What KarmaFlow reads (only when you use it)

On supported sites (Reddit, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), KarmaFlow reads the text of posts on the page so it can rate them and draft replies. This happens locally in your browser. It reads only what is already on the page you are viewing, and only while you are using the extension.

AI drafting (the one external request)

When you ask KarmaFlow to draft a reply, it sends the relevant post text and your profile (voice and products) directly to Anthropic's API, using your own API key, to generate the reply. This request goes from your browser to Anthropic. It does not pass through KarmaFlow or any Beast Creative server. Your use of Anthropic's API is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Posting is always manual

KarmaFlow never posts, submits, or sends anything on your behalf. You copy each draft and paste it yourself. The extension does not automate actions on any site.

Permissions

KarmaFlow requests access to the supported sites (to read posts and show its panel), to api.anthropic.com (to make your draft requests), and to local storage (to save the data above). It does not request your browsing history, cookies, or data from other sites.

The waitlist

Separately from the extension, if you join the waitlist at karmaflow.xyz you provide your email address, which we store with our email provider (Resend) solely to notify you when KarmaFlow ships. We do not use it for anything else.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version at this URL.
